Earthquake Cake
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix (prepared according to directions)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large bag Oreo cookies
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 1/3 c. milk
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
- Crush Oreos in food processor.
- Cream together butter, sugar and cream cheese.
- In separate bowl, mix together milk, pudding and whipped topping.
- Combine the two mixtures.
- Alternate layers of mixture and cookie crumbs in clean flowerpot, starting and ending with cookie crumbs.
- Chill or freeze.
