Fruit And Nut Fudge

  1. Lightly grease an 11 x 8 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. Sprinkle nuts and raisins evenly on bottom of pan.
  2. Place condensed milk, sugar, butter, syrups and extract in a large heavy-bottom saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 12-15 mins, until mixture turns a dark caramel color.
  3. Pour into pan, smoothing top. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate overnight until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
