Bread Pudding With Bananas And Raisins

  1. Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Lightly grease a deep 6-cup baking dish.
  2. Place milk and vanilla in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, cut bread into quarters. Arrange bread, bananas and 1/2 the raisins in alternate layers in prepared dish.
  4. Whisk eggs, sugar and 1/2 the cinnamon sugar in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture. Pour carefully over bread and bananas. Sprinkle with remaining raisins and cinnamon sugar.
  5. Place baking dish in a roasting pan. Fill roasting pan with enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of the dish.
  6. Bake for 55-60 mins until set.
