Great Microwave Lasagna

  1. Combine onions, garlic and oil in a 5-quart casserole. Microwave at High 3 1/2 minutes, or until onions are tender-crisp, stirring once.
  2. Crumble ground beef into onion mixture.
  3. Cover; microwave 10 to 14 minutes, or until meat loses its pink color, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  4. Microwave green pepper in a small covered bowl for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients for the beef mixture with exception of cheeses; microwave 7 to 10 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, stirring 2 to 3 times.
  6. Cook noodles conventionally while microwaving sauce.
