Fish With Macadamia Crust

  1. Combine macadamia nuts, lemon zest, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, coriander, panko and salt. Add melted butter and mix to combine. Press onto 1 side of fish fillets.
  2. Preheat broiler. Heat olive oil and remaining butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook fish, crumb-side up, until opaque. Transfer to oven and broil until browned.
  3. Serve immediately.
