Malaysian Sambal Shrimp

  1. Heat oil in a large wok on medium heat. Stir-fry onion for 1-2 mins or until tender.
  2. Add shrimp and sambal. Stir-fry 2-3 mins until fragrant and shrimp just change color.
  3. Add green beans, sugar, soy sauce and fresh chili pepper, if desired. Stir-fry 2-3 mins or until shrimp are cooked through.
  4. Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil. Serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
