Char Siu Pork With Green Beans

  1. Combine the pork, sauces and five-spice in a small bowl.
  2. Heat 1/2 of the oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry the pork mixture until browned and sticky. Remove from the wok.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Stir-fry the shallot, garlic and beans until the beans are tender. Return the pork to the wok with the mirin and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
