Barb'S Quick Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Rinse off ham hocks and place in a large pot (5-quart size). Cook ham hocks until tender.
  2. Add the green beans and add more water, if necessary.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and bacon drippings. Continue to cook until the beans are tender.
