Red Tomato Salsa

  1. Combine all ingredients except crushed tomatoes in a large bowl; mix well.
  2. Place about 3/4 mixture in a food processor, fitted with steel blade, and process for about 5 seconds.
  3. Return to bowl with remaining salsa mixture.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Cover tightly and allow to chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Makes about 4 cups.
