Moby Dick'S Crab Cakes
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker meal
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Gulden's wet mustard
- 1 tsp. grated horseradish
- 2 eggs
- diced celery
- diced onion
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Let mixture set until it turns to jello thickness.
- Mix crab meat in carefully; do not break up crab lumps.
- Place piles of crab mixture onto greased baking pan.
- Broil until golden.
