Chicken A La King(Low In Calories And Fat)

  1. Cook chicken ahead and cut up.
  2. Cook rice.
  3. Saute chicken, onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add to water, cornstarch, chicken base, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and allspice.
  5. Pour over chicken mixture.
  6. Let simmer about 5 minutes, until thickens.
  7. Add blanched carrots and frozen peas.
  8. Heat thoroughly.
