Better Than Sex Cake(I Didn'T Name It! Recipe Came From Umc In Bonnie, Il!)

• 1 deluxe yellow cake mix
• 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
• 4 c. milk (for pudding)
• 2 (8 oz.) containers frozen whipped topping
• 1/4 c. chopped pecans

1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and divide between 9 x 13-inch and 8 x 8-inch greased and floured pans. While cakes are baking, boil pineapple, its juice and sugar on stove.
2. Pour pineapple mixture over hot cakes, then let cool.
3. Mix pudding according to directions.
4. Spread over cool cakes.
5. Frost with whipped topping (thawed) and sprinkle with chopped pecans (or toasted coconut if you prefer).
6. Refrigerate cakes.
7. Makes 1 (9 x 13-inch) and 1 (8 x 8-inch).
