Green Beans In Sour Cream

  1. Wash beans and remove strings.
  2. Cut green beans into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Cook in a small amount of boiling water for 6 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain; transfer beans to a 2-quart casserole.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Saute onion and parsley in butter 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream, lemon rind, salt and pepper. Spoon sour cream mixture over beans.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs over sour cream mixture.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  10. Yield:
  11. 8 servings.
