Grilled Steaks With Café De Paris Butter And Fries

  1. Combine all ingredients for Cafe de Paris butter in a food processor and process until smooth. Shape into 2 logs, roll in plastic wrap then refrigerate (or freeze) until required. Slice 1 log into 6 pieces and let come to room temperature. Freeze remaining log for another use.
  2. Cook fries according to directions on package.
  3. Preheat grill. Coat steaks with oil and season. Grill for 3 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 6 mins.
  4. Top steaks with butter. Serve with fries.
