Vegetable Quiche

  1. Pour the creamed mixture into a large bowl and add the drained vegetables.
  2. Mix lightly and add 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning or other if preferred.
  3. Gently toss in 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Batter should be consistency of a cake batter.
  4. If too thin, add more Bisquick before folding in the grated cheese.
  5. Other cheeses may be used if desired.
  6. Pour batter into a large well-greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. This freezes very good.
