Herb Baked Fish And Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan cheese. Place fillets diagonally down center of dish; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes (until fish flakes) and rice is done.
  6. Top with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions.
  7. Cook additional 3 to 5 minutes.
