Banana Bread With Caramelized Bananas And Honeycomb Ice Cream

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 2 oz honeycomb chocolate bar, crushed
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tbsp honey, plus extra, to drizzle
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 None loaf prepared banana bread, sliced
• 2 None bananas, sliced
• 8 oz strawberries, hulled, halved

1. In a large bowl, combine ice cream with honeycomb chocolate. Return to freezer container. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
2. Preheat a grill plate on high. In a small bowl, combine butter, honey and cinnamon. Brush over bread and bananas.
3. Grill bananas until golden and starting to caramelize. Transfer to a plate. Grill bread for 3-4 mins each side, until crisp and golden.
4. Serve bread topped with bananas, strawberries and ice cream. Drizzle with extra honey.
