Fudge In The Micro
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz. baking sweet chocolate, broken into squares
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. Marshmallow Creme
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Butter a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweet chocolate, nuts and Marshmallow Creme; set aside.
- In 2-quart measure, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; mix well.
- Microwave at High for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
- Microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Pour hot milk mixture over chocolate mixture.
- Mix until chocolate melts and Marshmallow Creme is blended.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish.
- Chill until cool and set, about 3 hours.
- Cut into small squares.
