Ground Meat Roll-Ups
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 recipe biscuit dough (Bisquick)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. catsup
- Saute onion in oil in skillet.
- Add ground meat; cook until brown and crumbly, stirring frequently.
- Drain.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add 1/2 cup milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cool.
- Roll biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick 18-inch square on floured surface.
- Spread with ground meat mixture.
- Roll as for jelly roll; seal ends.
- Slice into 1 1/2-inch slices.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk, soup, chili powder and catsup in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Serve over roll-ups.
- Yields 18 servings.
