Ground Meat Roll-Ups

  1. Saute onion in oil in skillet.
  2. Add ground meat; cook until brown and crumbly, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  5. Add 1/2 cup milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cool.
  6. Roll biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick 18-inch square on floured surface.
  7. Spread with ground meat mixture.
  8. Roll as for jelly roll; seal ends.
  9. Slice into 1 1/2-inch slices.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk, soup, chili powder and catsup in saucepan.
  12. Bring to a boil.
  13. Serve over roll-ups.
  14. Yields 18 servings.
