Grasshopper Oreo Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie dish.
  2. In a food processor, process 20 whole Oreos to fine crumbs. Add butter and 1/2 of the chocolate. Pulse to combine then transfer to prepared pie dish and press into base to create a crust. Bake for 8 mins. Let cool then freeze until firm.
  3. Combine ice cream and liqueur. Fold in 2/3 of chopped Oreos then transfer 1/2 to pie shell. Smooth top. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop remaining ice cream into balls and arrange on pie. Press remaining Oreos into ice cream and drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill for 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
