Teriyaki Beef Burgers
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, trimmed, very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp teriyaki marinade
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 6 None bread rolls
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 oz mixed baby greens
- -1 None Salsa
- 5 oz diced fresh pineapple
- 1 None small cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 None long red chili, seeded, finely chopped
- In a shallow dish, combine beef and teriyaki. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Working in batches, stir-fry beef for 2-3 mins, or until cooked to your liking.
- Spread mayonnaise over rolls and top with mixed greens. Divide beef between rolls. Combine remaining ingredients then sprinkle over sandwiches to serve.
