Beef In Asian Broth

  1. Combine 6 cups water, stock, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add the noodles; using a fork, separate the noodles. Reduce the heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until the noodles are just tender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; stir until heated through and the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
