Rosemary Bread

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, soda, oil, salt, rosemary and hot water.
  2. Add yeast mixture.
  3. Add in flour.
  4. Dough should not be too dry or too sticky.
  5. Place in well-greased bowl and place in warm, draft-free place.
  6. Let rise 40 minutes.
  7. Punch down dough and let rest 15 minutes.
  8. On floured surface, shape into several long loaves or braids or dinner rolls.
  9. Let rise again in warm place for 1 hour.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes until golden.
