Chicken And Broccolini Tagliatelle

  1. Cook tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in a heated, oiled large skillet until golden and just cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Cool slightly and slice.
  3. Add garlic to skillet; cook and stir until fragrant. Add cream and bouillon cube, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add broccolini and simmer for 3 mins or until broccolini is tender. Stir in chicken.
  4. Add chicken and broccolini sauce to hot pasta; toss to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
