Chicken With Pepper And Cheese Sauce

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper; toss to coat chicken.
  2. In a skillet cook chicken in oil until tender.
  3. Remove chicken, add onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, flour and chicken broth to make a thick paste.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add milk, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add chicken and cook until well blended. Stir in cheese and cook until melted.
  7. Serve over hot pasta.
