Turkish Chicken And Couscous

  1. Prepare the couscous following packet instructions. Fluff with a fork and leave to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the couscous, cilantro, oil and lemon. Mix well and season to taste.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, onion, apricot, almonds and pomegranate seeds. Toss well.
  4. In a small serving bowl, swirl the harissa through the yogurt. Serve the couscous topped with extra cilantro. Accompany with the spiced yogurt.
