Chocolate Brownies With Warm Chocolate Sauce
- 12 tbsp butter, chopped
- 10.5 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 2/3 cups brown sugar
- 4 None large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- -1 None Warm Chocolate Sauce
- 5 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp coffee liqueur
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper.
- Stir butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in sugar and eggs. Add flour, sour cream and nuts and mix until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30 mins. Let cool in pan.
- Meanwhile, to make the warm chocolate sauce, stir chocolate, cream and sugar in small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur.
- Cut brownie into 16 pieces. Serve drizzled with warm chocolate sauce.
