Barbecued Pork And Crunchy Noodle Salad
- 3 None red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced, cut into matchsticks
- 1 None red pepper, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 1 None bok choy, thinly sliced
- 2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 oz bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
- 3.5 oz fried noodles
- 5 oz Chinese barbecued pork, thinly sliced
- None None Sweet and Sour Dressing
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Whisk together all ingredients for sweet and sour dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
