Barbecue Bean Dish
- 3 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3 tsp. ketchup
- 3 tsp. hickory smoke
- 3 tsp. steak sauce
- barbecue spice seasoning to your taste
- 3 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 4 or 5 large pieces celery
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Saute onion, green pepper and celery; drain grease off.
- Saute ground beef; drain and set aside.
- Mix pork and beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, hickory smoke and steak sauce; stir altogether.
- Mix barbecue spice seasoning, parsley flakes and sugar; mix together.
- Add celery, onion, green pepper and ground beef; stir together.
- Season to your taste.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until a little thick, 35 to 45 minutes.
