Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease an 8 x 12 inch baking pan and line with baking paper, extending over long sides.
  2. Sift flours and cocoa together into a large bowl. Stir in nuts. Make a well in the center.
  3. Place chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Blend sugar, eggs and sour cream into chocolate mixture. Add to flour mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
  5. Pour mixture into pan. Spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan.
  6. Turn out of pan and dust with cocoa powder. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
