Lamb Burgers With Caper And Herb Mayonnaise

  1. Season lamb and shape into 2 patties. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Meanwhile, to make the caper and herb mayonnaise, combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Spread over rolls then stuff with patties, spinach and tomato.
