Spicy Prawn And Cabbage Tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 None onion, diced
- 1/2 None savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 None red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 None orange, juiced
- 1/2 tsp crushed vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 lb fresh tagliatelle
- 1-2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 lb raw prawns
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan, add the onion, cabbage and chili and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the orange juice and 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Mix in the crushed bouillon cube then cover and simmer for 10-15 mins, until the cabbage is tender.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and prawns and stir-fry for 3-4 mins until cooked through. Season. Drain the tagliatelle then toss with the cabbage and prawns. Serve.
