Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cake
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together.
- Cream butter and 1 cup sugar together.
- Beat in eggs until fluffy.
- Sift together flour and baking soda.
- Mix together sour cream and milk.
- Into butter, sugar and egg mixture add flour mixture alternately with sour cream mixture.
- Add the vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Pour half the batter into greased Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture over batter.
- Add remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
