- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 None Weetabix or Shredded Wheat cereal, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and line a 12 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
- Stir chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool for 10 mins.
- Stir in brown sugar, egg, sifted flour and cereal. Spread mixture into prepared pan; smooth surface. Bake about 10 mins. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- For the chocolate glaze, sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder into medium bowl. Add enough of the hot water (about 2 tbsp) to make glaze spreadable.
