Fondue Trio With Fresh Fruit

  1. For the caramel fondue, heat sugar, cream and butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium; bring to a boil. Simmer, without stirring, 3-4 mins, until thickened. Pour into a bowl.
  2. For the dark chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  3. For the white chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Cut a selection of fruit for dipping
