No Crust Spinach Sausage Quiche

  1. About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Into 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, crumble turkey sausage.
  4. Add oregano and onion.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, breaking up sausage with spoon until sausage is well browned and onion tender.
  6. If sausage is dry during cooking, add 1 to 2 teaspoons salad oil.
  7. Remove skillet from heat, stir in spinach and shredded cheese.
