Pineapple And Beef Salad

  1. Combine steak, oyster sauce and oil in a large bowl. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 10 mins.
  2. Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 3-4 mins, until softened. Drain well and set aside.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet on high heat. Cook beef in 2 batches, for 1-2 mins each side, until browned.
  4. For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Toss noodles, pineapple, cucumber, snow peas and 1/2 the dressing in a large bowl. Just before serving, add beef and toss to combine. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve topped with cashews, basil leaves and additional chili pepper.
