One-Pan Brownie Mix
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- None None 1-quart capacity clear wide-mouth jar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter
- 2 None eggs, lightly beaten
- Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Spoon mixture into jar. Top with a layer of sugar, then cocoa. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and then marshmallows. Seal jar.
- Attach a "Homemade Brownie Mix" label to the jar with these instructions: "You will need to add 10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter and 2 eggs".
- Write out these steps: Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Lightly grease a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan, with foil extending at 2 opposite sides for handles. Melt butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cool 10 mins, then whisk in eggs. Add all ingredients from the jar. Mix well. Spoon into prepared pan, smoothing top. Bake 30-35 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
