Lamb Burgers With Chili Potato Salad

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and shape into 4 burgers. Chill for 30 mins.
  2. Cook green beans in boiling water for 3-4 mins. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Cook potatoes for 12-15 mins. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. Transfer to bowl and add beans. Preheat grill to high. Grill burgers for 5-6 mins each side. Top with cheese and grill for an extra 1-2 mins to melt cheese.
  3. Add arugula and half the chili sauce to salad. Place salad and burgers on plates and serve with remaining chili sauce.
