Brioche, Plum And Blueberry Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Place a large baking dish in a large roasting pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Layer brioche, plums and blueberries in prepared baking dish. Strain egg mixture over brioche to cover then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add enough boiling water to roasting pan to come halfway up side of baking dish. Bake for 40-45 mins, until custard is just set.
  4. Serve warm or cold with vanilla yogurt.
