Strawberry Tarts

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, orange peel and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. Cut pastry sheet into 4 rounds with a 4 1/2 inch-round cookie cutter. Arrange on prepared pan.
  4. Pile strawberry mixture into the center. Pleat pastry around edges. Brush pastry with egg white; sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  5. Bake 12-15 mins, until puffed and golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
