Over-The-Top Chocolate And Macadamia Brownies
- 13 oz dark chocolate, chopped coarsely
- 10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 None eggs ,lightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 2/3 cup unsalted macadamias, lightly roasted, chopped coarsely
- 3 oz milk chocolate, chopped coarsely
- None None Powdered sugar, to dust
- Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Grease and line bottom of an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine 10 oz of the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove pan from heat. Stir in sugar, then eggs and mix well. Fold in combined sifted flours, then macadamias, milk chocolate and remaining 3 oz dark chocolate. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for about 35 mins or until moist crumbs cling to a skewer inserted in the center. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
