Teriyaki And Sesame Chicken

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken for 1-2 mins, until browned. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  2. Add remaining oil to wok over high heat. Stir-fry onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add carrot, snow peas, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until vegetables are tender. Return chicken to wok along with noodles and bok choy. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
