Mini Lamb Pizzas

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins, or until soft. Add garlic, cumin and coriander and cook, stirring, for 1 min, until fragrant.
  2. Add ground lamb and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5-6 mins, until browned. Stir in raisins.
  3. Spread yogurt over pitas. Top with lamb mixture. Sprinkle with mint leaves and serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over.
