Meatloaves With Barbecue Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Grease 8 mini loaf pans. Line with prosciutto, extending above edges.
  3. Combine ground meat, onion, pepper, garlic, egg, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs and oregano in a large bowl. Press into loaf pans then fold prosciutto over to cover. Bake for 15 mins.
  4. Meanwhile, to make the barbecue glaze, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  5. Invert meatloaves onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with glaze then bake, uncovered, for 10 mins, or until browned lightly and cooked through. Serve immediately.
