Orange And Pine Nut Biscotti

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in liqueur and orange peel. Fold in remaining ingredients until mixture forms a soft dough.
  3. Divide dough in half. Shape each piece into a 12 x 3 inch log. Slice logs into 1 inch slices. Place on prepared pans.
  4. Bake for 25 mins. Cool on pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack.
