Low-Fat Chocolate Brownie Supreme

  1. Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugar and beat well.
  3. Add egg whites, sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well.
  6. Pour batter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Frost.
