Pork And Hoisin Noodle Stir-Fry

  1. Cook or soak noodles according to package directions. Drain. Mix sauces, stock and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry pork strips, in 3 batches, 1-2 mins each batch, until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Add pepper to wok; stir-fry 1 min. Add sauce mixture; stir-fry 1-2 mins.
  4. Return pork to wok with noodles; stir-fry 2-3 mins, until heated through.
  5. Serve pork topped with sprouts and peanuts.
