Teriyaki Chicken With Soba Noodles

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 cup marinade. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 mins per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 mins then slice thickly.
  3. Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain. Toss with snow peas, orange segments, onions, ginger and remaining marinade.
  4. Serve chicken on a bed of noodles, sprinkled with extra onion and sesame seeds.
