Caesar Salad Burgers

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and grated cheese, season to taste and stir thoroughly. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the chicken for about 8 mins, turning until cooked through. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F and warm the burger buns.
  2. Slice the chicken diagonally. Brush the bottom halves of the buns with the sauce and layer with lettuce and chicken, adding a spoonful of sauce and some Parmesan shavings between each layer. Finish with the top halves of the buns and serve.
